| Seminars and Training | |
| CDD offers seminars and courses in all aspects of the application of chemometrics to biologically active compounds (drug discovery, risk assessment etc.). Not only can these be tailored to the specific requirements of the host company, they can also be devised for audiences whose level of knowledge and needs are different: | |
Management/research scientists in general. |
Medicinal chemists/pharmacologists/biologists/toxicologists who are interested to have Drug Design methods applied to their results and to use results from Drug Design for their work. |
Research scientists involved or planning to become involved in Drug Design with primary experience in molecular modeling and related techniques (including interested crystallographers, NMR specialists etc.). |
| The seminars are based on a modular system (see below) where each module can be presented at different levels depending on the experience of the participants. The modules are largely independent from each other and can be combined in various ways. Practical examples are given a high importance emphasizing, for each type of approach | |

| Seminars or courses are usually provided at the customer site. In addition, an individual training including practical exercises is available at CDD. Experience has shown that a very successful way to deliver this type of training is to make use of presolved examples from the companies own research portfolio. | |
| CDD has experience in providing seminars and training to industrial customers. In addition to a number of courses at industry sites CDD scientists have been involved in academic teaching as well as national and international seminars (see about us). | |
